Race Details
Bib pickup on race morning starts at 7:30am. Race starts at 9am. All parking is at the Restless Oaks parking lot (119 Pine Mountain Rd, McElhattan, PA 17748). We’ll have shuttle buses taking you up to the start/finish or you’re welcome to walk the 1/2 mile up Reservoir Rd. The course is about 6.6 miles in length. We’ll have sticky buns and drinks after the race at the pavilion.
Description
The Fire on the Rocks 10K is a great intermediate level trail race held at Zindel Park in McElhattan PA. It’s going to challenge each runner with lots of climbs and descents throughout the journey. The course will utilize local trails that are used for the Frozen Snot and Boulder Beast races. Expect about 1400 feet of climbing throughout the 6.6 miles.
